Dim er devil is not deviled eggs, though it owes its name to a similar root. It is a very popular snack for most Bengalis make it very often. Eggs are not only stuffed with a spicy mixture, but also coated with masala, breadcrumbs and then deep fried till crisp. This recipe is in close resemblance with Awadhi Style Nargisi Kofta Recipe. They Serve as a party starter with onion slices.
