Shipping policy

  • There are 3 scheduled delivery slots for cooked food orders that you can select while placing your order. Following delivery slots are:

    7:00 AM - 10:00 AM | 12:00 NOON - 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    (Available to orders placed by 5:00 PM a day earlier)

  • The latest delivery slot would be considered in case different slots are selected in the same food order.
  • All food orders need to be placed minimum 24 hours in advance to be available for delivery. Same day delivery will not available. Cooked Food is available only in Hyderabad & Kolkata.
  • Fish, Seafood & Meat delivery is completed within 4 business days. Orders outside GHMC limits would be cancelled automatically.
  • We cover whole of Hyderabad through local shipping as described above. 
  • All other products will be shipped within 5 business days from our vendor unless the stock is unavailable.
  • Delivery of the products depends on the location/availability of the product and the destination and may vary accordingly.
  • Shipping Charges vary on the distance, variant, location and weight of the products.
